• MS or PhD in toxicology, pharmacology, biology, chemistry, or related life sciences.
• Formal PM credential such as PMP is preferred.
• Typically 10+ years in biotech/pharma with program management ownership.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and schedule GLP and non-GLP safety studies with CROs.
• Own contract lifecycle: draft MSAs, change orders, and amendments; track budgets.
• Develop integrated program plans spanning chemistry, DMPK, pharmacology, safety, CMC, and regulatory.
• Lead project team meetings; capture actions and rationale; ensure on-time delivery.
