Job summary

Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) seeks a Director of Power Building & Justice (PB&J) to steer strategic creation and implementation of HIP's PB&J program, including grantmaking, grantee and funder engagement, and policy priorities. The Director will collaborate with teams to amplify HIP’s priorities such as gender equity, migration, and narrative change, and to grow the MRDB campaign.
