Kroll is seeking a skilled professional for their Portfolio Valuation practice in Atlanta, Nashville, or New Jersey. This role involves designing financial models and performing valuation analyses on illiquid investments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of related experience are required.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and includes a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $200,000, along with comprehensive benefits such as healthcare coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
Kroll’s Portfolio Valuation practice is the leading provider of valuation advisory services to the alternative investment industry, and we count many of the world’s leading alternative asset managers as our clients. We serve our clients through our global platform and specialize in valuing illiquid and difficult to value investments where no “active quotes” are available. We cover the full breadth of alternative asset strategies including private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital and infrastructure.
This position will be hybrid from our Atlanta, Nashville or New Jersey office.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA
Minimum 6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts, and other intangible asset models
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with managing engagement teams
Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of market data sources including Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ
