Ally Financial is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to oversee a portfolio of sponsor-backed middle-market leveraged loans. The role involves underwriting, structuring, executing, and syndicating new transactions while monitoring risk, covenant compliance, and portfolio performance.

You will interact with senior management, sponsors, and banking partners. The ideal candidate has deep leveraged finance experience, strong credit judgment, and the ability to manage complex credits with

Competenze

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant leveraged finance experience.
• Experience managing middle-market leveraged loan portfolios.
• Experience with borrower amendments, waivers, restructurings, and refinancing.
• Proven ability to present credit recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of sponsor-backed middle-market loans.
• Conduct credit reviews, risk-rating, and portfolio monitoring.
