CNBC is seeking a Director of Podcasts & Digital Shows at the Versant portfolio to lead strategy, development, production and growth for premium podcast franchises. You will collaborate with CNBC's television, digital, social and editorial teams to transform journalism into compelling podcasts and digital shows across platforms.

CNBC is looking for an entrepreneurial and creative leader to build the next generation of premium business podcasts and digital video shows. This is a rare opportunity to shape one of the fastest-growing parts of CNBC's business by creating franchises that engage audiences wherever they consume content—from podcast platforms and YouTube to social media, connected TV and CNBC's owned digital products.
The Director of Podcasts & Digital Shows will oversee the strategy, development, production and growth of CNBC's podcast portfolio while helping create innovative video-first and audio-first programming that extends CNBC's journalism beyond television. The ideal candidate understands what makes a podcast indispensable, what makes a digital show shareable, and how to build loyal audiences across multiple platforms.
This leader should have exceptional editorial judgment, a deep understanding of business storytelling and audience development, and a proven ability to build successful multiplatform franchises. They will collaborate across CNBC's television, digital video, social and editorial teams to transform CNBC's journalism and talent into compelling podcasts and digital shows, using audience insights and analytics to continually expand reach, engagement and loyalty across audio, video and social platforms.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range:$175,000-$200,000.
