Job summary

Expert Technology Services seeks a senior PMO leader to evolve governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting across IT projects.

You will coach Project Managers, align ERP initiatives with finance and operations, manage go-live activities, and drive organizational change. The role requires hands-on ERP experience in manufacturing and a track record of delivering large programs on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO and organizational change management leadership experience.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP programs across plant floor operations, finance, and enterprise functions.
• Ability to identify implementation risks, pitfalls, and dependencies from direct experience.
• Experience coaching Project Managers and maintaining governance, standards, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the IT PMO with scalable governance, standards, and reporting.
• Provide executive visibility into project health, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance.
• Coach and develop a team of Project Managers for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business leaders on resource planning and budgets.
• Lead organizational change management strategies for large-scale transformation.
• Guide stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and adoption measurement.
• Ensure change management is integrated with delivery and business readiness.
• Direct go-live readiness, cutover, and deployment activities for major ERP/IT implementations.
• Coordinate business and technical teams for deployment and stabilization.
• Continuously enhance PMO, change management, and deployment practices.

• - Lead and evolve the IT Project Management Office (PMO), establishing scalable governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• - Provide executive leadership with clear visibility into project health, risks, resource needs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• - Oversee project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• - Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure consistent and excellent project execution.
• - Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business leaders on resource planning, budget forecasting, and benefits realization.
• - Establish and lead organizational change management strategies, frameworks, and best practices for large-scale transformation.
• - Guide stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication planning, training, and adoption measurement.
• - Ensure change management is integrated within project delivery and business readiness activities.
• - Direct go-live readiness, cutover, and deployment activities for major technology implementations.
• - Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and post-launch stabilization.
• - Continuously enhance PMO, change management, and deployment practices, tools, and governance models.
• - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to strengthen execution and business outcomes.
• - Oversee Project Managers, Cutover Lead and support teams, and enterprise PMO functions.
• - Manage strategic IT project execution across ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data & analytics domains.

Required Skills:
