• Governance & Performance Management: Establish and maintain governance structures for monthly and quarterly planning reviews. Drive performance reporting through scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Process Optimization & Standardization: Standardize scheduling templates, forecasting models, and planning tools across regions; improve planning processes and data integrity.
• Leadership & Team Development: Direct Senior Supervisors, Schedulers, and Planning Analysts; foster accountability and collaboration; coach and train.
• Technology & Tools Oversight: Oversee Primavera, ARCOS, Field Force, labor forecasting, and data analysis tools; collaborate with IT to enhance capabilities.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all planning systems and platforms.* **Leadership & Team Development:** Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Senior Supervisors, Schedulers, and Planning Analysts. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the Planning & Scheduling organization. Develop talent through coaching, training programs, and succession planning.* **Technology & Tools Oversight:** Oversee the implementation and optimization of planning tools such as **Primavera, ARCOS, and Field Workforce Mobility/Field Force**.
