Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director, Client Coding Integrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives across onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and operational transitions. You will serve as the primary coding SME, coordinating with Coding Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, and leadership teams to ensure seamless transitions and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years healthcare coding/revenue cycle experience preferred.
• 7+ years progressive healthcare coding, physician billing, revenue cycle, or health information management experience.
• 3+ years leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M coding and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician coding integration activities during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and transitions.
• Serve as the primary coding SME during implementation and transition efforts.
• Assess and standardize coding workflows, policies, and processes across client engagements.
• Monitor coding quality, productivity, audits, and regulatory compliance; drive improvement plans.
