Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director, Client Coding Integrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives for new and existing clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare coding, physician billing, revenue cycle, or health information management experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of: ICD-10-CM CPT HCPCS Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding Professional fee billing and reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience supporting physician practice operations, professional coding programs, or multispecialty physician groups.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and payer guidelines.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned state and client locations.
• Required Certifications: CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA

Responsibilities

• Lead coding integration activities for physician billing clients during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and operational transitions.
• Assess existing coding workflows, policies, processes, and structures to identify opportunities for standardization.
• Partner with leaders to develop post‑integration action plans supporting quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Support training, communication, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide expertise on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor coding quality, audit findings, and performance metrics; assist with corrective actions.
• Support revenue cycle optimization, denials management, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with physicians, operational leaders, and client stakeholders.
