Job summary

InnovAge is seeking a Compliance Director for Pharmacy and Part D Oversight to lead the organization’s pharmacy compliance program and ensure adherence to CMS Part D, DEA, FDA, and state rules. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in pharmacy compliance or related regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Part D regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Experience leading audits and interacting with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of pharmacy and Part D compliance program.
• Monitor CMS Part D and state regulatory requirements.
• Oversee formulary management, quality reporting, and licensure.
• Develop audits and remediation plans; oversee PBM oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and governance committees.
