Baptist Health's Central Pharmacy in LaGrange, KY is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacy Compliance Coordinator to support governance, training, monitoring, and investigations across ambulatory and specialty settings. This hybrid role combines onsite work with remote duties, partnering with legal, operations, and clinical teams to review policies and sustain regulatory and accreditation standards.

2+ years in retail or specialty pharmacy, Kentucky Board registration, and 340B cert are preferred

Qualifications

Active Kentucky Board of Pharmacy registration and Indiana registration on hire.
Nationally certified as a pharmacy technician.
Completion of 340B University or Apexus certification within 6 months of hire.
Minimum 2 years in retail and/or specialty pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

Supports development of compliance strategy and ongoing monitoring to minimize risk.
Assists audits and investigations to ensure regulatory and accreditation standards.
Collaborates with legal, pharmacy leadership, and clinical teams to review policies.
Assists in data collection and process reviews to draft SOPs.
Supports training and communication plans for compliance changes.
Helps manage pharmacy quality metrics for performance improvement.
Participates in onsite audits and surveillance of controlled substances.
Works with leadership to prepare for accreditation surveys.
