Job summary

SmartLight is seeking a Director of Managed Care Pharmacy Analytics to serve as the pharmacist voice on client calls, discuss payment integrity findings, and lead clinical model development with the data science team.

The role requires deep PBM operations knowledge, contract understanding, and the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable client narratives while collaborating with product, legal, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• PharmD with managed care expertise and residency preferred.
• Experience communicating complex clinical and contract terms to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to translate PBM data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical SME on client calls, translating analytics into clear narratives.
• Bring working knowledge of PBM operations and pricing/rebate terms.
• Lead clinical validation of model logic in collaboration with analytics team.
• Collaborate across product, account management, legal, operations, and technology to shape pharmacy strategy.
• Stay current on healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
