Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 13+ years in relevant operations, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership overseeing managers and large frontline teams.
• Experience leading multi-shift, high-volume distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing ops.
• Proven track record managing metrics, budgets, labor, and service performance.
• Experience driving continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all distribution center operations, achieving safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to support network goals, customer commitments, and growth.
• Foster a safety-first culture with risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with DSCSA, FDA, DEA and local regulations.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and data-driven improvements across the operation.
• Improve throughput, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and service performance.
