Job summary

OnKure Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Supply Chain and Operations to lead the strategy for DS/DP and comparator materials across preclinical and clinical programs. You will drive operational excellence, guide contracting and timelines, and ensure GMP/CMC alignment with global regulations.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience developing and executing clinical supply chain strategy and forecasting.
• Experience managing contracts, timelines, and budgets; selecting CDMOs/CROs.
• Familiarity with GMP and CMC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy for DS/DP across preclinical and clinical assets.
• Partner with Clinical Operations on IRT/RTSM design, configuration, UAT, implementation, and maintenance.
• Forecast preclinical and clinical supply needs to drive manufacturing schedules and inventory management.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, and import/export of IMPs and preclinical materials.
• Coordinate logistics for preclinical API and toxicology supplies for IND-enabling studies.
• Manage IMP inventory, resupply, reconciliation, returns, and destruction per regulations.
• Run scenario planning to stress-test supply forecasts.
• Maintain SOPs related to supply chain and operations.
