Job summary

Children’s Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Perioperative Services to lead system-wide perioperative supply chain initiatives. You will align with clinical priorities, develop strategic plans, and ensure efficient delivery of supplies across OR, Heart Center, and IR service lines.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive analytics-based cost management, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating staffing for ongoing patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, finance, supply chain, economics, healthcare admin, or a related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the perioperative supply chain leader across CHST perioperative, special procedure, Heart Center and IR service lines.
• Collaborate with surgical and executive leadership to develop near term and long-range strategies.
• Interpret trends from advanced analytics to drive cost-per-case visibility and margins.
• Outline and manage initiatives to reduce surgical supply variation and item management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
