Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience working with institutional investors or their operating platforms.
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and advisory engagements.
- Experience supporting business development and sales.
Responsibilities
- Define, validate, and scale new performance engineering and commissioning service offerings from concept to market validation.
- Provide senior technical oversight during pilots and early engagements; identify risks and gaps.
- Translate technical capabilities into commercially viable offerings and support proposals and client conversations.
- Mentor delivery teams and help develop future technical leadership.
