RE Tech Advisors, a Legence Company, seeks a Director, Engineering & Commissioning – Service Line Development to lead creation, validation, and scaling of new performance engineering, commissioning, and decarbonization services for commercial real estate.

Initially within the Growth Team, the role expands technical capabilities, validates client demand, and drives revenue growth across markets in the United States, with hybrid-flexible working arrangements in McLean, VA or New York City.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive MEP engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience working directly with institutional investors or operating platforms.
• Proven advisory and business-development experience.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate service offerings from concept through market validation.
• Provide senior technical oversight during pilot engagements and early projects.
• Translate capabilities into commercially viable offerings and support sales cycles.
• Mentor technical talent and build scalable delivery models.
• Represent the firm through industry engagements and thought leadership.
