Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Director, People & Organization to join our leadership team. This remote role supports nationwide U.S. contract logistics operations, guiding people strategy, leadership capability, and culture transformation across multiple sites.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience at a Director level in HR/P&O within fast-paced 3PL environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations in contract logistics or supply chain contexts.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead P&O partner to regional and site leadership teams.
• Align workforce strategy with operational goals across warehousing and distribution.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Develop talent, coach leaders, and strengthen HR capability across the region.
