Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience.
• Expertise in employee relations and complex matters.
• Experience executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on HRIS experience (ADP/Workday/UKG).
• HR Acuity experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the People Operations function.
• Lead People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll and HR tech.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and employee experience.
• Develop workflows for onboarding, changes, transfers, offboarding and records.
