Saatva, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director, People Operations to oversee compliance, compensation & benefits, and HR systems across the employee lifecycle.

You will mentor the People Operations Specialist and shape processes for accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. The role is hybrid and NYC-based, requiring in-person collaboration ~three days per week, with participation at the Whitestone HQ and NYC Viewing Rooms.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits Administration.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and Excel.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Excellent communication and discretion with confidential data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the People Operations Specialist.
• Oversee compliance and regulatory filings including EEO-1 and ACA.
• Own annual compensation review process.
• Oversee payroll administration with 100% pay accuracy.
• Lead open enrollment and LOA administration.
• Drive HRIS optimization and automation.
