Electronic Arts seeks a Director, People Experience Business Partner for EA Mobile to lead talent strategy and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing mobile portfolio. This hybrid role partners with Mobile’s senior leadership to translate business priorities into People initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive success as a senior HR business partner/manager.
• Experience managing large-scale HR programs.
• Expertise in organizational design and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Designs talent strategy with executives to ensure goals are met and aligned with company strategy.
• Partner with COEs to develop and facilitate strategic talent solutions from hiring through career progression.
• Coach executives and leaders on change management and organization design to create role clarity.
• Lead cross-functional change programs and educate management on best practices in change management.
• Identify succession and workforce planning for key roles and leadership positions.
• Foster EA culture, employee experience, and equitable workplace through diagnostics, programs, and coaching.
