Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, People Analytics in Atlanta to translate strategic questions into actionable people intelligence. You will lead an enterprise portfolio, shape data standards, and partner with HR leaders to interpret evidence that drives succession, talent reviews, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in people analytics, employee listening, or workforce planning.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence and present executive-ready narratives.
• Experience shaping an analytics portfolio and advising senior stakeholders on people decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage the people intelligence roadmap to support enterprise strategy.
• Lead integrated intelligence for succession, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
• Analyze surveys and connect employee feedback with talent data.
• Define data requirements, measures, taxonomies, and analytical standards.
• Lead analysis and provide executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Contribute to adoption of standard tools and insights for HR technology teams.
