KenCrest seeks a visionary Director of Children's Transitional Care Homes to lead a specialized program for medically fragile children. You will shape innovative residential and home health services, aligning clinical quality, family-centered care, and regulatory excellence.

The role involves strategic budgeting, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration with families, clinicians, and partners.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership in pediatric or residential healthcare settings.
• Experience with medically fragile children and advanced clinical interventions.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, risk management and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for KenCrest's Children's Transitional Care Homes and Home Health Agency.
• Oversee high-quality, person-centered care across residential and community settings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits, surveys, inspections, and reviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and advance clinical excellence and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and workforce development across multiple locations.
• Build partnerships with families, providers, and regulatory bodies.
