Job summary

KenCrest is seeking passionate Pediatric Nurses to care for medically fragile infants and children at our Children’s Transitional Care Homes. As an RN, you will provide compassionate 24/7 nursing support in a home-like setting with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

The role offers three 12-hour shifts (7:00A–7:00P or 7:00P–7:00A), Monday through Friday with no weekends or on-call shifts, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in PA; compact license accepted.
• Minimum two years homecare pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR.
• Clear criminal record and background checks in accordance with state requirements.
• Valid and current driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medically fragile infants and children at KenCrest Children’s Transitional Care Homes.
• Maintain a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and participate in care team planning.
• Assist with rehabilitative services and daily activities.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with state requirements.
