Job summary

UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh seeks an outstanding academic pediatric neuroradiologist to serve as Director of Pediatric Neuroradiology. The Director will lead the subspecialty within the Division of Pediatric Radiology, oversee clinical operations, mentor faculty and trainees, and drive quality improvement across the section.

The role requires collaboration with neurology, neurosurgery and developmental pediatrics, and advancement of imaging techniques such as functional MRI, diffusion

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree.
• Board certification in Radiology and fellowship/subspecialty in Neuroradiology or Pediatric Radiology (or eligible).
• Academic rank at Associate Professor or Professor with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of the pediatric neuroradiology section.
• Mentor faculty and trainees; oversee quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, and developmental pediatrics; advance imaging techniques and AI applications.
