Translate complex tax rules into efficient, repeatable processes while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to support growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in payroll tax operations within PEO/ASO or HR outsourcing environments.
• Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and client implementation models.
• Deep knowledge of TPAs, vendor management, and compliance governance.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and tax filing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll tax operations governance across implementation activities, compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate quarterly and year-end tax processing and audit-ready documentation.
• Design internal controls, audit procedures, and compliance documentation to minimize errors and penalties.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to implement tax law changes into processes.
• Oversee client migrations and growth-channel initiatives with scalable governance.
