Job summary

ProKatchers LLC is seeking a senior payroll systems expert to lead the administration, configuration and optimization of enterprise payroll and workforce management platforms. The role focuses on reliability in production environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in payroll/HRIS, hands-on Infor WFM and UKG Payroll experience, and strong skills in integrations, SQL, and change management for multi-entity US and Canadian operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll systems, HRIS or workforce management.
• Experience configuring, administering or implementing enterprise payroll or WFM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infor WFM and UKG Payroll preferred.
• Experience with integrations, SQL, data validation and change management.

Job Description :

• 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll systems, HRIS, workforce management, payroll technology, or related enterprise applications, including leadership accountability for business-critical production environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring, administering, troubleshooting, or implementing enterprise payroll or workforce management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infor WFM and UKG Payroll; experience with both platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, secure file transfers, data validation, SQL and reporting queries, testing, releases, change management, cutover, and stabilization.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-entity U.S. and Canadian payroll environments spanning union and non-union populations.
