Capital One seeks a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Payments to lead emerging payment initiatives and reimagine money movement capabilities. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to craft strategic roadmaps and execute transformative payment solutions.

You will shape product strategy, drive real-time payment modernization, and deliver customer-centric experiences at scale across a dynamic fintech-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of product management experience.
• At least two years working in payments and money movement with product buildout.
• At least two years in people management.
• Preferred: 3+ years in payments and money movement with product buildout.
• Preferred: 3+ years in people management.
• Experience working for a FinTech or large Tech Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Emerging Payment Products and drive the payments agenda.
• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
• Develop fast and emerging payment strategies and real time payment modernization.
• Translate business strategy into consumer facing digital products where applicable.
