Solventum is seeking a Laboratory Manager in Pittsburgh, United States, to develop and lead multiple workgroups effectively. The successful candidate will manage a multi‑functional laboratory while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and driving strategic directions.
The position requires expertise in leading complex projects and exemplifying corporate values across teams. Expected compensation ranges from $211,600 to $290,950, reflecting both base pay and potential incentives.
Primary responsibilities of a laboratory manager include development, coaching and direction for multiple workgroups and accountability for leading more complex projects and portfolio outcomes. The manager communicates management goals and exemplifies corporate values to personnel, manages a multi‑functional laboratory, originates and champions primary recommendations for major laboratory programs and priorities, and creates and drives the strategic direction of the organization.
All new hires will travel to a designated company location for on‑site onboarding during their initial days of employment. The company will coordinate and pay travel arrangements and related expenses in accordance with its travel policy. This applies to new hires starting on or after October 1, 2025.
Expected compensation range: $211,600 – $290,950 (base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible).
