You will plan, organize, and control department activities, drive regulatory compliance, and collaborate with hospital teams to achieve facility goals while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equal related experience required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Public speaking is a must.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics.
• Develops and manages department operating budget.
• Coordinates transportation activities and services with other hospital departments.
• Maintains records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department.
• Establishes work standards and workflow.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Demonstrates good communication with clients.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Supports facility goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates proficiency with TeamChimes, TeamTransport and related software.
