• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and planning across multiple internal customers.
• Develop and deliver trainings, face-to-face and virtual, and train SMEs who become trainers.
• Create a Strategic Training plan with a consistent experience across TAs for new hires and users.
• Establish metrics to quantify value and impact of training initiatives.
• Assess activities across functions and improve training outreach and communication.
• Support enhancements and new capabilities for the Events Platform.
• Act as a champion of continuous improvement and resolve issues with internal/external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with digital stakeholders and technology partners.

**About the Job**The Director, Patient Support Services Platform Solutions will provide both strategic and tactical leadership across Therapeutic Areas with a focus on programs that will optimize the patient experience, improve the productivity and efficiencies of our teams, scale existing capabilities, and drive operational excellence.
