Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a People Business Partner for Research & Development North America to act as the strategic partner to NA R&D leaders, translating global strategy into local people objectives. The role oversees talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce initiatives across 2,500+ R&D employees in North America, reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture R&D.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Law, Psychology or comparable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 10-15 years of professional People & Culture experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the talent agenda with business leaders and establish talent reviews and succession plans.
  • Advise NA R&D teams on executing the R&D strategy in alignment with Global BPs and Sanofi NA P&C.
  • Manage employee relations with support from People Excellence, People Services and Legal.
  • Contribute to worldwide OWP/SWP with country perspective for departments in scope.
  • Promote DEI and local culture initiatives and enable in-country projects.

The role reports into the Global Head of People & Culture R&D and is part of the global R&D P&C leadership team and of the Sanofi North America P&C leadership team.
