We are seeking a Director of Patient Access & Support Programs to lead the development and execution of patient support initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This role will focus on improving patient access, optimizing reimbursement strategies, and managing external vendor relationships to ensure seamless program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement patient access programs, including reimbursement support, copay assistance, and adherence initiatives.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring program efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that enhance patient and provider engagement.
  • Analyze program performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all patient support initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align support programs with broader market access and commercial goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on new program launches and patient support innovations.
Qualifications:
