Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
• Five years of management experience, director level preferred.
• Five years in revenue cycle operations.
• Experience in a large, complex healthcare system preferred.
• Experience with patient billing, patient pay collection, and customer service.

• Oversee patient billing, collections and payment application processes across the Corporate Business Office.
• Lead and develop patient pay and payment application teams; drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
