Concord Hospital in Concord, NH is seeking a Director PFS who will oversee Billing, Collections, Customer Service and Cash Application. This leader will manage Accounts Receivable, drive performance metrics, and align processes with industry changes to optimize cash flow.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field and at least 5 years of revenue cycle leadership in an acute care setting, with deep payer and regulatory knowledge and strong communication
Working under the supervision of the Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle, the Director PFS has direct oversight for the Billing, Collections, Customer Service and Cash Application units.
Responsible for operation and management of the Accounts Receivable. Coordinate the daily activities related to the planning, implementing and maintaining all functions pertinent to PFS area. Meet Performance goals to include cash, A/R Days, production by area, and denial reduction. Monitor changes in the healthcare industry impacting billing and collection efforts for the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and significant progressive revenue cycle leadership experience will be considered.
