The Director, Patient Financial Services shall be responsible for the overall direction for the physician billing and central billing departments. This individual will develop and implement processes and controls meant to ensure that revenue capture is accurate and maximized. The Director will oversee central billing and physician billing offices and identify ways to prevent revenue leakage or loss, reduce costs associated with business operations or revenue capture, or improve margins. Additionally, the Director will contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required, Master’s degree preferred. At least 10 years hospital and physician patient financial services required. Minimum 10 years management experience required.
