Job summary

Temple University Health System seeks a Director of Patient Experience for Episcopal and Chestnut Hill Hospital to oversee patient experience operations and drive initiatives that improve satisfaction across the system.

The role partners with the Chief Experience Officer and senior leaders to align service excellence with organizational goals, focusing on training and process improvements to elevate patient perceptions of care.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a leadership role in Healthcare, Customer Service/Hospitality, Quality Improvement, Communications or related fields.
• General Experience with HCAHPS, OAS-CAHPS, outpatient, behavioral health and oncology patient satisfaction surveys.
• 3 years experience implementing and accomplishing customer service improvements in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Temple Health patient experience operations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, medical staff and department directors to improve patient experiences.
• Lead patient experience training programs and represent the voice of internal and external customers.
