Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System seeks a Director of Patient Experience to oversee and advance patient experience initiatives across the system. The role reports to the Chief Experience Officer and partners with leadership to design and implement programs that reflect the mission of patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in healthcare or related field, a Master’s preferred, and at least 3 years in a leadership role with strong familiarity with patient

Qualifications

• 3 years in a leadership role in Healthcare, Customer Service/Hospitality, Quality Improvement, Communications or related fields.
• Experience with patient satisfaction surveys (HCAHPS, OAS-CAHPS) and related measurement programs.
• Experience implementing customer service improvements in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of Temple Health patient experience.
• Lead initiatives to enhance patient perceptions of care.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, clinical staff and department heads to embody service excellence.
