The Director, Patient and Community Engagement provides strategic leadership and system-wide oversight of volunteer services, patient and family engagement, and community-facing programs across Temple University Health System (TUHS). The role advances the voice of the patient and family as a core driver of care delivery by leading the development, standardization, and integration of Patient and Family Advisory Councils (PFACs) and volunteer services across all TUHS entities. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, clinical teams, and community partners to improve the patient and family experience, strengthen community relationships, and ensure alignment with TUHS strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and service excellence standards.
