The impact you will make:

We seek a dynamic Director of Patient-Centered Research to lead our HEOR team, focusing on clinical development support and real-world evidence generation, essential for regulatory and market access activities.

What you will do:

  1. Design and conduct research incorporating patient perspectives to support regulatory approval and market access.
  2. Understand patient experiences and outcomes that matter most, including symptoms and treatment effects.
  3. Develop and validate patient-reported measures in line with FDA and EMA guidance.
  4. Collaborate on COA endpoint strategy and contribute to regulatory documentation and submissions.
  5. Lead publication and presentation of research findings.
  6. Support additional evidence generation activities and manage vendor relationships.
  7. Maintain communication with internal teams and ensure compliance with regulations.

What you bring:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 10 years in pharma/biotech or academia, with 8+ years in patient-centered research.
  • Expertise in designing and interpreting patient-centered research and familiarity with regulatory guidance.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in rare diseases is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.

Work Location:

Flexible: Remote in the US or hybrid at our Cambridge headquarters. Hybrid schedules are generally less than 3 days onsite. Remote employees may travel for company events.
