Overview

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is now hiring a Director of Patient Care Services - Operations. This position will have daily oversight of Operations Support and Facility Services functions in the hospital. Will also have the ownership to lead focused growth/development and improvement efforts for the hospital.

Certified Healthcare Operations Professional- Basic or Advanced - (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 years minimum of related experience - (Required)
• Acute care experience - (Required)
• Clinical Leadership experience - (Required)
• Seeking candidates who will have experience in an acute care, inpatient hospital setting overseeing one or more of the following: Security Food services Bio med (ventilators, respiratory care) Engineering Supply Chain Guest/volunteer services Facilities/plant operations support Environmental services Capital building projects Medical Office Building (MOB) space development planning Large construction project experience FEMA certification preferred

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
