Job summary

Touro University California seeks a Director of Pathway Programs & Partnerships to lead development and growth of educational pathways and partnerships across colleges and programs in health professions and other opportunities. You will build strategic relationships with K-12 districts, community colleges, four-year institutions, and healthcare partners to expand access and student progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education, student programs, admissions, educational partnerships, workforce development, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience planning events, campus programs, or partner-facing activities with multiple stakeholders preferred.
• Experience developing and sustaining partnerships with K-12 schools, community colleges, four-year institutions, healthcare organizations, or other external partners preferred.
• Knowledge of higher education admissions, student pathways, or health professions education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for pathway programs in alignment with the University's mission and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new educational pathways and partnerships with K-12 schools, community colleges, four-year institutions, and healthcare organizations.
• Lead the development and implementation of pathway initiatives exposing students to careers in medicine, pharmacy, public health, nursing, and other health professions.
• Collaborate with academic programs, admissions, and student affairs to help students transition into TUC programs.
• Develop partnerships creating educational experiences, mentoring, internships, and campus events; coordinate pathway-related activities with University offices.
