Job summary

Touro University California seeks a Director of Pathway Programs & Partnerships to lead development and growth of educational pathways, linking K-12, community colleges, and four-year institutions with TUC’s health professions offerings.

You will collaborate with academic leaders, admissions, and external partners to move initiatives from concept to implementation while evaluating outcomes and institutional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in higher education, student programs, admissions, educational partnerships, or workforce development.
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and sustaining partnerships with K-12, community colleges, and four-year institutions or healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of higher education admissions and health professions education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for pathway programs in alignment with institutional priorities.
• Identify opportunities for new pathways and partnerships across K-12, community colleges, and healthcare organizations.
• Lead development and implementation of pathway initiatives exposing students to health careers.
• Collaborate with colleges, admissions, faculty, and student affairs to facilitate student progression into programs.
• Build partnerships offering campus experiences, mentoring, internships, and pipeline activities; coordinate events.
• Coordinate agreements, MOUs, and articulation arrangements with partner institutions.
• Establish systems to track participation, outcomes, and progress of pathway participants.
