Job description

Partnership development is a critical role for the Superchain - you’ll be working directly with the biggest and most strategic partners in the industry to develop partnerships that turn the OP Stack from a product into an end to end solution. You’ll be devising solutions strategics, identifying opportunities, and be the closest touchpoint to the leadership team of some of the biggest names in this space. You’ll have a unique mix of partnership experience, long term and strategic thinking, as well as technical and ecosystem knowledge.

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Drive business value to chain and app developers via ecosystem, infra & chain partnerships

  • Ability to develop and manage complex initiatives to directly or indirectly drive growth of key metrics like TVL

  • Ability to develop strategies and solutions based on customer needs and business priorities

  • Provide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights that allow us to build a better product

  • Communicate partner needs and insights to executive team and to cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Governance, etc.)

  • Maintain knowledge of the OP Stack and our roadmap to ensuring partner have access to the latest OP Stack features

What skills do you bring?

  • 8+ yrs managing complex business partnerships

  • Ability to identify business gaps, build strategies, obtain feedback & buy-in and execute on the strategy

  • Experience in managing partnerships within the crypto space and/or high tech infrastructure industry

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships

  • Strong passion for blockchain tech and decentralization + technical acumen

  • Experience driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions

  • Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies

  • Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity among the complexity of the crypto/NFT space

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
