Responsibilities

• Own the Partner Search portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance including traffic, revenue, retention, LTV, monetization, and scalability.
• Lead and grow a small PM team while owning a product area and remaining engaged in discovery, prioritization, execution, and performance.
• Understand distribution partners, users, business models, traffic sources, and economics to identify high-value opportunities.
• Define product strategy for third-party Search experiences balancing partner needs, user value, scalability, traffic quality, and business goals.
• Improve configurability and flexibility across Search experiences, features, branding, data, APIs, and integrations while controlling complexity.
• Drive initiatives that boost retention, engagement, search volume, and lifetime value across distributed traffic.
• Optimize monetization across partner experiences with new features and API-based improvements while preserving partner and user value.
• Identify, prototype, and launch new B2B Search products and distribution opportunities including APIs and product models.
• Build scalable platform capabilities such as partner data and reporting, Search and XML APIs, syndication, and reusable services.
• Own traffic quality, integrity, and compliance capabilities including chain of custody, invalid traffic, domain matching, and governance.
• Use experimentation and metrics to guide decisions, define success, evaluate tradeoffs, and identify new monetization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch capabilities and improve integrations.
• Serve as senior Product counterpart to strategic partners, shaping roadmaps and translating partner needs into scalable investments.
• Monitor health of the partner portfolio across adoption, traffic quality, retention, monetization, satisfaction, competition, and cost to guide direction.
