Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Director of Product Management for Partner Search to lead strategy and execution for its third-party Search business. This hands-on role combines product ownership with people management, overseeing a small PM team and driving growth in partner traffic and revenue.

The role requires strong commercial judgment, technical fluency, and collaboration with Business Development, Partner Management, Engineering, and Data/Analytics teams to shape scalable Yahoo products for partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance for Yahoo's Partner Search portfolio.
• Lead and develop a small team of Product Managers while personally owning a meaningful product area.
• Develop a deep understanding of distribution partners, their users, business models, traffic sources, and economics.
• Define product strategy for third-party Search experiences, balancing partner needs, end-user value, platform scalability, traffic quality, and Yahoo business objectives.
• Improve partner configurability and flexibility across Search experiences, features, branding, data, APIs, and integrations.
• Drive initiatives that improve user retention, engagement, search volume, and lifetime value across distributed traffic.
• Identify, prototype, and launch new B2B Search products and distribution opportunities, including new partner capabilities, commercial experiences, APIs, and product models.
