Job summary

Capital One seeks a strategic and technical Director of Participant Enablement to stand up a dedicated enablement function and design an end-to-end readiness system. You will optimize Salesforce, merchant referral tools, and the enablement platform to drive performance and efficiency.

In this role you will own CRM ecosystem, oversee tool integration, and deliver analytics with dashboards and KPI frameworks to elevate client and participant readiness at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 8+ years enablement operations, client or participant readiness, or CRM technology management.
• 7+ years designing and architecting Salesforce environments (Sales/Service/Marketing/Pardot/Experience).
• 4+ years integrating third-party tools and external referral systems into Salesforce.
• 5+ years building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data governance in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Salesforce strategy and enablement platform roadmap.
• Oversee tool adoption, integration, and governance within the CRM ecosystem.
• Design automated workflows and dashboards to reduce admin friction and improve data accuracy.
• Lead merchant referral tool management and optimize referral workflows.
• Develop advanced CRM dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor programs and referrals.
