Job description

Role Summary & Impact

As a Director of Paid Search, you will develop and execute effective delivery strategies aligned with client business objectives, manage client expectations, and ensure comprehensive delivery of search products with insights and recommendations. You will also work on process improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of delivery and testing strategies, forecasts, and plans for key accounts, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with the search community, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Analyze performance data and analytics to generate insights for quarterly and annual reviews.
  4. Manage project and launch plans, scope, and timelines to meet specifications and schedules.
  5. Guide the team to meet KPIs, providing support through optimizations and troubleshooting.
  6. Train and develop team members, fostering teamwork and motivation.
  7. Participate in agency initiatives, projects, and new business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Omniture) and search engine tools (Google AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
  • Strategic client-facing experience, preferably with Fortune 100 clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data analytics, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across organizational levels and a passion for industry participation.
