Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing-related field required.
• 8+ years leading paid media strategy across digital channels.
• Proven full-funnel campaign experience for subscriber growth.
• Strong analytics, attribution, and incremental measurement skills.
• Experience managing large media budgets and forecasts.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy for CNBC and MS NOW, including planning and execution.
• Develop full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
• Lead acquisition strategies supporting subscription growth and LTV.
• Collaborate with Owned Media to quantify audience impact.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Product, and Finance on integrated plans.
• Manage budget forecasting, reconciliation, and internal billing processes.
• Coordinate with external agencies to optimize campaigns and performance.
• Analyze performance data to extract insights and guide investment decisions.
• Support marketing measurement evolution and attribution frameworks.
