Job summary

State of Colorado seeks a Program Manager II for Outpatient Services to oversee the clinic team and ensure efficient care for civil certification patients. You will coordinate with Medical Director and state partners to maintain compliance and program effectiveness.

The role requires nine years in behavioral health leadership and an independent Colorado license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LP/LAC). Location is Denver with potential remote options for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Nine years of experience providing behavioral/mental health treatment and/or leadership of behavioral/mental health treatment.
• Combination of education in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent education and/or experience providing behavioral/mental health treatment and/or leadership of behavioral/mental health treatment equal to nine years.
• Must have a current, independent, unrestricted Colorado license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP or LAC.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Outpatient Clinic team and related systems coordination.
• Managing outpatient clinic program expansion and admissions to serve Coloradans in need of outpatient civil certification treatment.
• Hiring allocated positions to implement the program within budget and timelines.
• Strategic planning for the program, budget allocation and funding requests, and reporting to the Deputy Director.
